Terms of Service

The Slayt AI platform is operated by Slayt Intelligence Limited, registered in England and Wales (66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA). "Platform" means the software-as-a-service product available at slayt-ai.com and its subdomains.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Each account is for a single organisation — sharing credentials between unaffiliated organisations is not permitted. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected during setup. Card details are required to complete setup, and the 14-day trial period begins at that point — not when the account is first created, which may be earlier. No charge is made until day 15 of the trial. Cancellations made before day 15 incur no charge. Annual subscriptions are paid once upfront at ten months’ price for twelve months’ access. Cancellation of an annual plan mid-year results in a pro-rata refund for the unused complete months of that twelve-month term. Prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

The Founding Member discount provides 20% off the stated subscription price for 12 months from the date of first payment. It is applied automatically to the first 50 subscribing organisations — there is no code to enter. It applies to the tier selected at signup and to upgrades made within the 12-month window. It cannot be combined with the charity discount: where an organisation qualifies for both, the charity discount applies, so that a charity does not use up one of the fifty founding places. A partner referral discount is separate and does apply alongside it — the referral rate covers the first month and the Founding Member rate then runs for the remainder of its twelve months. The discount is personal to the subscribing organisation and is not transferable.

You agree not to use the platform to store or process data you do not have the right to use, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure, use the platform for any unlawful purpose, resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent, or interfere with other users or with the platform's operation.

Your project data belongs to you. We do not use your project data to train AI models, sell it, or share it with third parties. We process it only to provide the platform services. Within the platform you can export individual reports, documents, audit trails and team lists. For a complete copy of your organisation's data, or for erasure, email hello@slayt-ai.com — we respond within 30 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy. On cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days and then deleted. Deletion is carried out by us rather than automatically, so if you want it done sooner — or want confirmation that it has been done — email us and we will action it and confirm within 30 days.

The Slayt AI platform, including its name, logo, design, software, and content, is the property of Slayt Intelligence Limited. These terms do not grant you any licence to use our intellectual property outside of your use of the platform itself.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve, or modify the platform at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect your use of the platform. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice — Founding Member rates are held for the duration of the 12-month discount window regardless.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slayt Intelligence Limited is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in that month.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
