The full platform — every feature of your chosen tier, all monitoring signals active, continuous health scoring from day one. There is no reduced trial version. You experience exactly what you are paying for.

Yes. Card details are required to start your trial. You will not be charged until day 15. Cancel before then and no payment is taken.

Your subscription begins automatically on day 15 at your chosen tier price. Stripe emails you a reminder three days before the trial ends. You can cancel, downgrade, or change tier at any time before day 15 with no charge.

Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. If you cancel mid-month on a monthly plan, you keep access until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees. No lock-in contracts.

Add project slots when you temporarily need more workspaces — for example, running a tender or a short-term engagement. Upgrade your tier when you consistently need more projects, more users, or a higher level of intelligence. The platform will flag when add-on costs exceed the upgrade value.

Yes. Upgrade immediately — your new tier activates the same day and you are billed pro-rata. Downgrade at the end of your current billing period. Founding Member discount applies to your upgraded tier for as long as your discount runs.

No. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no minimum. Annual plans are paid upfront for 10 months with no lock-in — cancel mid-year and receive a pro-rata refund for unused complete months.

The first 50 customers get founding member pricing on their chosen tier. It is applied automatically when you start your trial — there is no code to type and nothing to remember. It applies to your tier and to upgrades made while the discount is running. Once the 50 places are gone the discount stops being offered.

Verified registered charities, Community Interest Companies and housing associations receive discounted pricing. Verification requires a Charity Commission registration number checked against the public register. Apply for the charity discount. It cannot be combined with the founding member discount — you receive one or the other, never both.

If you are referred by an existing Slayt AI partner, you receive 50% off your first month automatically when you use their referral code at checkout. The partner who referred you earns 15% commission on your monthly subscription for 12 months. No action needed on your part beyond using the referral link or code.

Yes. Subscribe to any tier and create a workspace per client — every project carries its own sector, so each client automatically gets the right risk library and templates. The Consultant Pack, which adds a dedicated client portfolio view on top of that, is coming soon. Separately, and with no subscription required, you can register as a Type B Referral Partner: share your unique code and earn 15% commission for 12 months on every organisation that subscribes.

Seven structured expert engagements: Single Advisory Session (£295, 90 minutes); Project Onboarding Support (£295 per project, form, configuration, walkthrough call); Recovery Diagnosis (£2,500, 10 working days); PMO / Governance Setup (from £3,500, £500 discovery call, then scoped); Interim Delivery Cover (£850 per day, 5–20 working days typical); Procurement & Commercial Review (£1,200, 10 working days from receiving all documents); Retainer (£2,500 per month · 2 days · 3-month minimum, 2 days a month · 3-month minimum). 2 require an active Slayt AI subscription because they run on your platform data; the rest are open to anyone. There is no founding-member discount on advisory. Engagements under £1,500 are paid by card upfront; at £1,500 and above we take a 50% deposit and the balance is due 15 days after we invoice you. Every engagement is delivered remotely by default.

It does not replace them — it sits above them. Your team keeps using whatever they use to track tasks. Task trackers record what you put in; Slayt AI reads what you did not explicitly provide — sponsor engagement, decision velocity, budget drift, silence — and identifies the combinations that precede failure. Then it generates the executive reporting those tools cannot produce.

All data is stored in the UK — West EU London region. Slayt Intelligence Limited is registered with the ICO (ZC107309). The platform is UK GDPR compliant with row-level security isolating every organisation data. Your project data is never used to train AI models.

We retain your account and project data for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after cancellation, after which we delete it. Deletion is carried out by us rather than by an automated job, so email hello@slayt-ai.com if you would like it done sooner, or want written confirmation that it has been done, and we will action it and confirm within 30 days. Closed projects follow exactly the same rule as active ones — closing a project neither shortens nor extends how long its data is kept. Every document can be exported to Word from the Documents tab of its project, and we would encourage you to export anything you want to keep before you cancel.
