What is Slayt AI?

Project delivery intelligence software. It monitors your projects automatically — milestones, decisions, risks, updates and benefits — detects failure patterns before they materialise, and generates board-ready reports from real data. It is not a task tracker. It reads what your team records and tells you what is actually happening.

Do I need project management experience to use it?

Accepted Answer

No. The platform adapts to your experience level. If you are managing a project for the first time, it tells you what to watch and what to do next in plain language. If you are an experienced programme director, it gives you portfolio-level intelligence and board reporting.

Question 3

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. If you cancel mid-month on a monthly plan, you keep access until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees. No lock-in contracts.

Question 4

When should I add project slots instead of upgrading my tier?

Accepted Answer

Add project slots when you temporarily need more workspaces — for example, running a tender or a short-term engagement. Upgrade your tier when you consistently need more projects, more users, or a higher level of intelligence. The platform will flag when add-on costs exceed the upgrade value.

Is my data secure and where is it stored?

Accepted Answer

All data is stored in the UK (London). Slayt Intelligence Limited is registered with the ICO (ZC107309). The platform is UK GDPR compliant with row-level security isolating every organisation’s data. Your project data is never used to train AI models.

Question 6

What happens to my projects and documents if I stop subscribing?

Accepted Answer

We retain your account and project data for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after cancellation, after which we delete it. Deletion is carried out by us rather than by an automated job, so email hello@slayt-ai.com if you would like it done sooner, or want written confirmation that it has been done, and we will action it and confirm within 30 days. Closed projects follow exactly the same rule as active ones — closing a project neither shortens nor extends how long its data is kept. Every document can be exported to Word from the Documents tab of its project, and we would encourage you to export anything you want to keep before you cancel.

What sectors does Slayt AI support?

32 sector packs are built in from day one — 31 named sectors and a general pack for anything outside them. Each pack brings its own risk library, field capture tiles and setup examples. Anything outside them can be entered as free text on the project itself. Included in every paid tier at no extra charge.

Question 8

Can agencies use Slayt AI with multiple clients?

Yes. Subscribe to any tier and create a workspace per client. Each project carries its own sector. All 32 sector packs bring their own risk library, field capture tiles and setup examples; most add document templates, benefit measures and budget benchmarks. Document templates follow both the project method you choose — agile, waterfall, hybrid or programme — and your sector. The Agency add-on adds a dedicated client portfolio on top of that, on Professional and above — launching November. Separately, and with no subscription required, you can register as a Referral partner: share your unique code and earn 15% commission for 12 months on every organisation that subscribes.

What is the Agency add-on?

An add-on for agencies and consultancies running project delivery for several clients. It adds a client portfolio view, project confidence across every client, client invites, and a read-only view you can share with each client. It sits on top of a Professional subscription or above, and projects and seats come from your tier, not from the add-on. It is launching in November and is not on sale yet — the price is set before it launches.

What are advisory packages?

Seven structured expert engagements: Single Advisory Session (£295, 90 minutes); Project Onboarding Support (£295 per project, about a week, including the call); Recovery Diagnosis (£2,500, 10 working days); PMO / Governance Setup (from £3,500, agreed at the discovery call); Interim Project Cover (£850 per day, from 1 day); Procurement & Commercial Review (£1,200, 10 working days from receiving all documents); Retainer (£2,500 per month · 2 days, ongoing, month by month). 2 require an active Slayt AI subscription because they run on your platform data; the rest are open to anyone. There is no founding-member discount on advisory. Engagements under £1,500 are paid by card upfront; at £1,500 and above we take a 50% deposit and the balance is due 15 days after we invoice you. Every engagement is delivered remotely by default.

Question 11

Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier at any time?

Yes. Upgrade immediately — your new tier activates the same day and you are billed pro-rata. Downgrade at the end of your current billing period.

Question 12

How is this different from a task tracker, and does it replace my existing tools?

Accepted Answer

It does not replace them — it sits above them. Your team keeps using whatever they use to track tasks. Task trackers record what you put in; Slayt AI reads what you did not explicitly provide — sponsor engagement, decision velocity, budget drift, silence — and identifies the combinations that precede failure. Then it generates the executive reporting those tools cannot produce.

Is there a minimum contract length?

No. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no minimum. Annual plans are paid upfront for 10 months with no lock-in — cancel mid-year and receive a pro-rata refund for unused complete months.
