The Slayt AI Partner Programme allows approved partners to earn commission by referring organisations to Slayt Intelligence Limited ("Slayt AI"). Partners earn 15% of what the referred organisation pays, for the first 12 months from their first successful payment.
The Partner Programme is designed around two participation levels, of which one is currently open. Type B — Referral Partner, open now: you refer organisations to Slayt AI without requiring a platform subscription. Type A — Consultant Partner is not yet open and cannot currently be applied for; when it opens, it will require an active Slayt AI subscription at Professional tier or above with the Consultant Pack, and will additionally include access to the client portfolio dashboard and cross-sector intelligence. Both types earn the same commission rate. All partners must be approved by Slayt AI in writing. Slayt AI reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.
Referrals are tracked via your unique referral code. A referral is valid when: (a) the referred organisation uses your referral code at checkout; (b) the referred organisation completes payment and activates a paid subscription; (c) the referred organisation is not an existing Slayt AI customer or a customer you have previously referred.
Commission is calculated at 15% of the amount the referred organisation actually pays, excluding VAT. Where a discount applies, commission is calculated on the discounted amount. Commission is calculated on each payment and is earned when that payment succeeds. It becomes payable 60 days after the payment, reduced by any refund or credit issued to the organisation in that period, and is paid once your accumulated payable earnings reach £50 or above. When a referral’s 12 months commission period ends, any balance remaining from it is paid at the next payment run regardless of that minimum. Payment is made via bank transfer or Stripe Connect to the account details you provide.
Commission is payable for a maximum of 12 consecutive months from the referred organisation’s first successful payment. Where an organisation pays annually, commission is 15% of their annual payment, earned once per payment. After 12 months, commission for that referral ceases. There is no limit on the number of organisations you may refer.
Partners must not: (a) misrepresent Slayt AI or its products; (b) use paid advertising to promote their referral code without prior written approval; (c) refer their own organisations or entities under common control; (d) offer inducements to referred organisations beyond the standard referral discount; (e) use spam or unsolicited communications to promote the programme.
Either party may terminate participation in the Partner Programme at any time with 14 days written notice. Slayt AI may terminate a partner’s participation immediately if the partner breaches these terms. On termination, commission accrued but unpaid will be paid within 30 days. No further commission will accrue after termination.
Slayt AI reserves the right to modify commission rates, eligibility criteria, or these terms at any time with 30 days notice. Continued participation following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from participation in the Partner Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
