Access
2 run on your live platform data and need a Slayt AI subscription. The other 5 are open to anyone, with or without the platform.
Billing
Under £1,500, card upfront. At £1,500 and above, a 50% deposit to start and the balance due 15 days after we invoice you. The retainer is billed monthly in advance. There is no founding-member discount on advisory.
Delivery
Every engagement is delivered remotely by default. In-person work is available as a chargeable exception, with travel and time agreed separately before anything is booked.

You are already using Slayt AI

These two run on your live project data, so they need a subscription. The preparation is done before the call rather than during it.

Single Advisory Session
A specific decision, risk or situation you want a second opinion on.
£295
90 minutes
Slayt AI subscribers only

You bring one specific decision. We review it, and your live project data, before the call. We spend 90 minutes working through the options and what each one costs you. You get a written recommendation within 48 hours.

Deliverable
A written recommendation, emailed within 48 hours.
Why this, from us
We do the preparation before the session starts, reading your live delivery data in advance. We have had to make calls like this under a real deadline rather than review them afterwards, which is what the ninety minutes buys.
What's included (3)
A structured conversation through the options and their trade-offs — the reasoning, not just an answer, so you can apply it again next time
A written recommendation, emailed within 48 hours
One follow-up email exchange if something needs clarifying once you have had time to think
Where this fits
The platform brings the decision to you early and with the evidence attached — how long it has been open, who is waiting on it, what is stalled behind it. Choosing between three imperfect options with a nervous sponsor and a board date three weeks out is a judgement call, and it always was.
Billing · Card payment upfront

The booking form asks what specific decision you are asking about, and it is required. A session without one is a conversation; a session with one is an answer.

Project Onboarding Support
Getting set up correctly the first time, rather than six weeks in.
£295 per project
Form, configuration, walkthrough call
Slayt AI subscribers only

You tell us what you know about the project. We configure your workspace to match how you actually deliver, and load in your real first milestones and risks. A walkthrough call means you know where everything lives and why.

Deliverable
A configured project workspace with your real milestones and risks in it, and a completed intake record held on the project itself.
Why this, from us
We have implemented delivery systems at organisational scale, so the questions we ask at intake are the ones that matter six months in — not the ones that are easy to answer on day one.
What's included (5)
Each project configured to how that project is actually delivered — its sector calibration, its delivery vocabulary, and the risk templates that match it
Your organisation set up once — the sector default, departments and who has access — so later projects slot into a structure that already exists
Every project onboarded populated with real milestones and risks rather than an empty shell
A completed intake record held on the project itself, rather than in a form somewhere else
A walkthrough call, so you are not learning the platform alone
Where this fits
A form can only capture what you already have written down. Most of what makes a project legible lives in your head or your inbox. Getting it out is a conversation, not a wizard.
Billing · Card payment upfront

Something is wrong and you need to know what

Both start from a written record rather than a round of interviews, and both end in a document you can put in front of other people. No subscription required.

Recovery Diagnosis
Intake form
A project in trouble, where the first problem is that nobody agrees what the problem is.
£2,500
10 working days
Open to anyone

You tell us what’s gone wrong, where the project was meant to be, the budget position, and what’s already been tried. We review it alongside any documents you send and build a written plan: what’s actually broken in priority order, who should own fixing each thing, a realistic revised timeline.

Deliverable
A written recovery plan: root cause, prioritised actions, named owners, and a revised timeline.
Why this, from us
Recovery work grounded in large-scale implementation delivery — the failure patterns are read against projects that ran to completion, not against a framework. The diagnosis names a root cause because it has seen how the same sequence ended before.
What's included (5)
Root cause — what actually went wrong, distinguished from what it has been blamed on
Prioritised actions, in the order they need to happen rather than in a flat list
A named owner against every action, because an action with no owner is a wish
A revised timeline built from where the project actually is, not from where the original plan said it would be
A 30-minute call to walk through the findings before you take them to anyone
Where this fits
You do not need a platform subscription for this one. If the project is already in Slayt AI we read its data as part of the diagnosis; if it is not, the intake covers the same ground. Either way what you get back is the same document.
Billing · 50% deposit to start · balance due 15 days after we invoice you

This engagement runs on a structured intake rather than live interviews. The ten working days start when the completed intake and documents come back.

Procurement & Commercial Review
Intake form
A supplier arrangement, tender or contract position you want looked at before you commit.
£1,200
10 working days from receiving all documents
Open to anyone

You send the contracts or supplier arrangements you want reviewed. We assess spend, terms, and risk, drawing on real large-scale public-sector procurement experience, and deliver a written review of where you’re exposed and where there’s money to save.

Deliverable
A written review setting out findings and recommendations.
Why this, from us
We bring real large-scale public-sector procurement experience — framework agreements, the rules that constrain an award, and the scrutiny that follows one. We name the exposure because we have had to answer for it.
What's included (4)
Findings on the commercial position as it stands, stated plainly rather than hedged
Recommendations you can act on, prioritised by what they are worth
The exposure named — what happens if the arrangement goes wrong, and who carries it
A call to walk through the review once you have read it
Where this fits
Procurement decisions get made against a deadline and reviewed against a dispute. This is the review done in between, while changing the answer is still cheap.
Billing · Card payment upfront

The ten working days run from the point we have all the documents, not from the date you book.

Build the function, or cover the gap

One designs the delivery structure you do not have yet. The other steps into a delivery role that is vacant right now. No subscription required.

PMO / Governance Setup
Intake form
You need a delivery function that works the same way twice, and it does not exist yet.
from £3,500
£500 discovery call, then scoped
Open to anyone

We start with a paid discovery call to understand what’s actually happening — or not happening — across your projects. From that we design the structure your organisation needs: how risks and decisions get logged and escalated, how often you report, who’s accountable. You get a written framework plus a walkthrough call for your team.

Deliverable
A written governance framework, plus one implementation walkthrough call.
Why this, from us
We have run delivery inside public-sector governance and implemented at scale, with an MSc awarded with distinction behind the method. We design frameworks to survive an audit and still be followed on a Tuesday.
What's included (5)
A written governance framework — decision rights, escalation routes, reporting cadence and the meetings that carry them
Templates and stage gates matched to how your organisation actually delivers, rather than a generic PMO handbook
Roles defined by what the person decides, not by job title
One implementation walkthrough call, so the framework arrives with someone explaining it
A £500 discovery call first — credited against the engagement if you proceed — where the scope and the fixed price are agreed before any of the above starts
Where this fits
A governance framework nobody follows is a document. This one is built against how your delivery already runs, so the first thing it changes is small enough that people do it.
Billing · 50% deposit to start · balance due 15 days after we invoice you
Discovery call · £500, card payment upfront

The discovery call is £500, paid by card when you book it, and it is credited against the engagement if you proceed. The engagement is priced from £3,500 and the final figure is fixed at that call, before any of it starts — there is no open-ended day rate behind it.

Interim Delivery Cover
A delivery role is vacant and the work cannot wait for a permanent hire.
£850 per day
5–20 working days typical
Open to anyone

For an agreed number of days, we run your project — updating the plan, chasing suppliers, writing your status reports, making the calls we’ve agreed we can make. At the end of the engagement, we hand back with a structured handover so nothing is lost when we step away.

Deliverable
The delivery work itself, plus a structured end-of-engagement handover document.
Why this, from us
Cover by someone who has carried delivery accountability on large implementations, not a pair of hands to hold the plan steady. The scope agreement fixes decision authority upfront, so nothing waits on "I would have to check".
What the handover contains (7)
Project status at handover
RAG rating, percentage complete, and the key dates as they stand on the last day of the engagement.
What changed during this engagement
Decisions made, milestones hit and missed, and risks that emerged or were closed — over the covered period specifically, not the life of the project.
Open items
Everything still outstanding, each one with a named owner and a due date. An item with neither is not an open item, it is a hope.
Key contacts
Suppliers, stakeholders and sponsors, with what each is responsible for — so the next person knows who to call before they know why.
Decisions pending
What is awaiting sign-off, who it is sitting with, and how long it has been there.
What needs attention first
The ordered short list for the first week, rather than a flat backlog.
Recommendations
What we would do next, and why — separated from the factual record above so it can be disagreed with.
Where this fits
This is the one engagement where the output is delivery rather than advice. The platform keeps the record of what moved while we were covering, so the handover is evidence rather than recollection.
Billing · 50% deposit to start · balance due 15 days after we invoice you

Typically 5 to 20 working days. Days are agreed in the written scope before the engagement starts.

Arrange interim cover

Keep the judgement in the room

For clients already engaged on one of the above, where the value is in not starting over each month.

Retainer
You know what needs to change. This is help making it happen, month by month.
£2,500 per month · 2 days · 3-month minimum
2 days a month · 3-month minimum
Existing advisory clients

For clients who’ve already engaged us on one of the above and want continued access — not a fresh engagement each time, just availability across the month for calls, reviews of specific decisions, and quick input as things come up.

Deliverable
Two days a month of retained time, with a short written note by email after each substantial piece of work.
Why this, from us
The same person who did the original engagement, so nothing is re-explained each month. Continuity is the product here — the value is in not starting over.
What's included (4)
Two days a month, used flexibly across calls, written reviews and async input
Priority response within 48 hours
The same person across the engagement, rather than starting over each time
A short written note by email after each substantial piece of work, so you have what was discussed and agreed in writing
Where this fits
The platform shows you whether the change is holding — the score moves, or it does not. This keeps the same judgement in the room while that plays out, so a recommendation becomes a habit rather than a document.
Billing · Billed monthly in advance

Available to clients already engaged in one of the packages above. Three-month minimum, billed monthly in advance.
