The Slayt AI Partner Programme allows approved partners to earn commission by referring organisations to Slayt Intelligence Limited ("Slayt AI"). Partners earn 15% of the referred organisation’s monthly subscription fee for the first 12 months following signup.
The Partner Programme has two participation levels. Type A — Consultant Partner: you hold an active Slayt AI subscription at Professional tier or above with the Consultant Pack, refer client organisations, and use the platform to manage them. Type B — Referral Partner: you refer organisations to Slayt AI without requiring a platform subscription. Both types earn the same commission rate. Type A partners additionally receive access to the client portfolio dashboard and cross-sector intelligence. All partners must be approved by Slayt AI in writing. Slayt AI reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.
Referrals are tracked via your unique referral code. A referral is valid when: (a) the referred organisation uses your referral code at checkout; (b) the referred organisation completes payment and activates a paid subscription; (c) the referred organisation is not an existing Slayt AI customer or a customer you have previously referred.
Commission is calculated at 15% of the referred organisation’s net monthly subscription fee (excluding VAT and excluding any discounts applied at checkout). Commission is calculated monthly and paid when your accumulated earnings reach £50 or above. Payment is made via bank transfer or Stripe Connect to the account details you provide.
Commission is payable for a maximum of 12 consecutive months from the date the referred organisation activates their subscription. After 12 months, commission for that referral ceases. There is no limit on the number of organisations you may refer.
Partners must not: (a) misrepresent Slayt AI or its products; (b) use paid advertising to promote their referral code without prior written approval; (c) refer their own organisations or entities under common control; (d) offer inducements to referred organisations beyond the standard referral discount; (e) use spam or unsolicited communications to promote the programme.
Either party may terminate participation in the Partner Programme at any time with 14 days written notice. Slayt AI may terminate a partner’s participation immediately if the partner breaches these terms. On termination, commission accrued but unpaid will be paid within 30 days. No further commission will accrue after termination.
Slayt AI reserves the right to modify commission rates, eligibility criteria, or these terms at any time with 30 days notice. Continued participation following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from participation in the Partner Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
